MAIGAO ABS&ASA

‌ASA filament demonstrates exceptional resistance to yellowing and embrittlement during prolonged outdoor exposure, maintaining stable performance for 9-15 months even under intense sunlight. This makes it ideal for outdoor applications such as signage, architectural models, and automotive components. With a temperature tolerance range of -40°C to 120°C, ASA reliably withstands extreme climatic conditions. Additionally, its strong resistance to gasoline, engine oil, and various solvents ensures suitability for industrial environments requiring corrosion resistance.
ABS filament combines high tensile strength with excellent impact resistance, enabling printed parts to withstand significant physical stress and repeated deformation. This makes it ideal for high-stress applications such as mechanical parts, tooling fixtures, and automotive components. Additionally, ABS boasts a high heat deflection temperature (HDT), typically reaching 85–100°C, with short-term tolerance up to 120°C—far exceeding materials like PLA. Its thermal stability ensures reliable performance in high-temperature environments like automotive engine compartments.
